Every piece of art is produced to order specifically for you. Once your order is placed, it enters our production phase:

Production Time: 2–4 business days.

Quality Check: Each framed print undergoes a rigorous inspection to ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship before shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can monitor your artwork's journey directly through the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For USA Orders: Your artwork is produced and shipped locally. No customs or import duties will apply.

For International Orders: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your destination country. AO - JapanBlue is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
